The conversations about the marriage between the Barcelona Football Club and the Polish striker Robert Lewandowski increase every minute. Reports now suggest the Spanish club are looking to offer €35m in add-ons for the Bayern Munich striker.
Bayern, however, still feel it is too less for the best FIFA men’s player 2021.
The German club have been adamant about keeping Lewandowski with management suggesting he won’t leave, at least until his contract ends in 2023. Lewandowski, on the other hand, has been interested in signing for Barcelona and it has been suggested that his relationship with Bayern head coach Julian Nagelsmann has gone downhill due to his interest in not continuing in Germany anymore.
Lewandowski scored 50 goals in all competitions for the German club in the 2021/22 season in 46 appearances.
Barcelona have presented the new proposal for Robert Lewandowski, as expected, after the player confirmed to Bayern his priority to sign for Barça this summer. 🔴🇵🇱 #FCBayern
35 million euros with accessories on the table, such as @wlodar85 reports, but now Bayern sources feel it’s still “not enough”.

Other reports coming out of Europe also suggest that Bayern, who recently completed the signing of Sadio Mane, may even go after Cristiano Ronaldo to add more firepower up front. The Portuguese striker’s future at Old Trafford has been in doubt after Manchester United failed to qualify for the Champions League next season. Bayern are present in Europe’s elite club competition, and their guaranteed push for titles may be reason enough for Ronaldo to come to Munich.
Despite Ronaldo finding the net 24 times, the striker was the recipient of criticism from fans and football pundits for his involvement in the United press. With new manager Erik ten Hag taking over, the 20-time Premier League champions are expected to make big changes to their line-up in the current transfer window.
