The 29-year-old said the past week had been quite “loud” for her, which meant she needed to focus on her mind even more. “The best medicine for the body is a peaceful mind. The past week has been quite noisy for me and I had to focus even more on my mind. Sometimes it just meant sitting quietly in a corner with my thoughts, taking the time to understand them without being judgmental. It also meant less time for physical exercises. But the best thing about the body is that it follows the mind, ”she wrote on Instagram.
Konwar, who is married to an actor and passionate about fitness sweet soman, went on to state that a relaxed mind is the need of the hour.
“When the mind is relaxed, so is the body. When the mind is clear enough to make good decisions, the body follows suit. And even with minimal training, he stays healthy, ”she shared alongside a photo of her Soman clicked on.
Emphasizing the need to avoid negative feelings, Konwar said, “So don’t rush, don’t feel bad that you couldn’t reach your personal best today. Focus on the inside, nourish your mind and the body will follow, ”she said.
