TogglePay Your Bill on Spectrum.net
You can easily pay your bill online using the Spectrum.net website.
Steps:
- Sign in with your Primary or Admin account. (Need help? Create or manage your Spectrum username)
- Go to the Billing section.
- Select Make a Payment or Pay My Bill.
- Enter your payment details. Spectrum accepts:
- Checking or savings account
- Debit card
- MasterCard, Visa, American Express, or Discover credit card
- Follow the prompts and confirm your payment.
Extra Payment Options
One-time payment – Pay whenever you choose.
Recurring payments (Auto Pay) – Automatically pay your bill each month.
Note: After you make or schedule a payment, you’ll see a confirmation notice in your Billing section, along with the payment amount and status. You can also view your past billing statements anytime.
My Spectrum App
You can pay your Spectrum bill right from your mobile phone using the My Spectrum App.
Steps:
- Sign in with your Spectrum username and password. (If you don’t have one, create a Spectrum username)
- Tap the Billing tab.
- Select Make Payment.
- Choose or edit your Payment Amount, Payment Date, and Payment Method.
- Review your details and tap Make Payment.
- You’ll get a confirmation message.
Pay by Phone
Call Spectrum Bill Pay Phone Number at (833) 267-6094 to use the automated service.
Payments can be made with:
- Checking or savings account
- Debit card
- MasterCard, Visa, American Express, or Discover credit card
Pay Using Your Bank’s Website
You can pay directly through your bank’s online bill pay service.
- Add Spectrum as a payee (payment address is on your billing statement).
- No extra fees from Spectrum for using this method.
- Keep your payment confirmation until it appears on your Spectrum bill.
- Many banks also allow automatic bill payment.
Pay at a Spectrum Store
Visit a nearby Spectrum Store. There is no processing fee for in-store payments.
Accepted payment methods:
- Checking or savings account

- MasterCard, Visa, American Express, or Discover credit card
- Cash or money order
Third-Party Payment Agents
Some businesses in your area such as Western Union, MoneyGram, Walmart, or certain supermarkets may accept Spectrum bill payments.
While each location may have its own rules (like fees or payment limits), all third-party agents follow these standard guidelines:
Payments only – They can accept your payment but cannot make changes to your account, solve service issues, or handle equipment exchanges/returns.
Walk-in only – You must pay in person. Do not mail payments to these locations.
Pay by Mail
You can also mail your payment directly to Spectrum.
To find your correct mailing address, sign in to your account at Spectrum.net and check the Billing section.
When mailing a payment:
- Use the envelope and payment slip (remittance portion) from your bill whenever possible.
- If needed, print a copy of your bill from your online Spectrum account.
- Write your Spectrum account number on your check or money order.
- Do not send cash through the mail.
